Can't add testing repo

Post subject:  Can't add testing repo
I need to upgrade to myth .25 and when I change my pacman.conf to the testing repo it will not update.
error

This should be easy not sure what I am missing.

I copy and past server address into my browser and I can see the packages but it will not update.
