i am running LinHES R7.4 (rdt) and generally speaking things are working well out of the box and with some guidance of other users one thing that i have not found mentioned by other users since upgrading to 7.4 (or possibly 7.3) is that if i use the myth web interface to delete recordings, there is an ~5 minute delay before the files start being deleted also, when drilling down into a recordings details, the recordings title and description are promptly displayed, but the browser also hangs for ~5 minutes before information such as the category, episode number, thumbnail, and job queue information are displayed. the lighthttpd log shows the delay, but nothing really interesting Code: 10.0.1.2 mythtv - [26/Aug/2012:10:35:31 -0400] "GET /mythweb/tv/lookup_metadata?title=Moyers%20%26%20Company&subtitle=Between%20Two%20Worlds%3A%20Life%20on%20the%20Border&inetref=&season=0&episode=0&allowgeneric=true HTTP/1.1" 200 4526 "http://mythtv/mythweb/tv/detail/1211/1344808800" "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_8_1) AppleWebKit/536.25 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/6.0 Safari/536.25" 10.0.1.2 mythtv - [26/Aug/2012:10:41:30 -0400] "GET /mythweb/tv/detail/1211/1344808800 HTTP/1.1" 200 19007 "http://mythtv/mythweb/tv/recorded" "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_8_1) AppleWebKit/536.25 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/6.0 Safari/536.25" the backend log shows various cases where "Runhousekeeping" is called.
