The "Invalid Format" error means your having trouble producing a valid screen. Forget about VGA for now. Try to work with HDMI it's the best quality and easiest to configure. On the back of your Camo SG-32T3 TV plug in the HDMI Cable into HDMI 1 and the other end in the HDMI connector on the GT640 What happens when you boot the system? Is the HDMI cable working properly? Another clue is the current nvidia driver Pacman -Qe displays nvidia 310.19-1 Next go the nvidia site, Select Drivers, Linux Drivers, Archive There are many different drivers go to 310.19 LINUX X64 (AMD64/EM64T) DISPLAY DRIVER Version: 310.19 Operating System: Linux x64 Release Date: November 16, 2012 Click on the link for the driver informantion. Then click on supported products. Note GT 640 is supported. So something is fishy |
