Post subject: | Installed Bluray drive, but... |
I acquired a bluray drive and installed in place of my failed dvd in a FE. I see it in bios and it will boot the 6.3 install to a point then fails with a error not seeing cd drive (I didn't note the exact wording). With the existing working FE installed software, I can't play a regular dvd and don't have a bd at the moment to test. So do I need to do anything to get the drive to at least play dvds? The drive appears to be working as far as being recognized. Theseseem to be similar problems to mine. Code: forcedeth 0000:00:14.0: ifname eth0, PHY OUI 0x5043 @ 1, addr 00:1a:92:88:b9:96
