Hey Guys,

does anyone have an idea how to get the Terratec Cinergy t² USB DVB-T Card to work in LinHES 6.03?

The Channel Scan doesn't find any channels. It gets everywhere timeouts.

But in Ubuntu it works out of the box.

any ideas?

try increasing the timeout time. My card required a longer timeout length. It's in the setup menu in the card section there is a button I think labeled recording settings. Hope that helps.

I doubled that already. :(
I can see the signal going up and down on some channels but it keeps saying "no lock" and skipps all channels with a signal timeout.

Does anyone use this card?
In Kaffeine it works out of the box when i select the right transponder area for me.

The import of an existing channels.conf still seems to be out of order. :(

now I got the import to work:

I used the scanaid tool from Johannes Bauer as explained here but in Garmen.

With that tool I created a Scanning Table that got fed into the scan tool.
Than I used the command
Code:
scan -a 1 Scanlist.txt > channels.conf
to create a channels.conf with by local providers.

That worked, and after importing that file into the channel scanner of mythtv it really found channels in Mythtv - wohhhaaa!!!

BUT - now i can't switch to the new input, it stays black or crashes the frontend when I change to DVB-T input.

Any ideas?

And still the question - Doesn't anyone use these Terratec Cinergy² DVB-T USB Box in Mythtv here? I bought some time ago this one because it works out of the box in kaffeine - there is no installation needed... :(
