Thanks for the info, thats good news. I thought for sure I would need to mess with Xorg as it would potentially look for the wrong card. Also speaking of the GT 520, 4k resolution is going to be sick! I cannot wait to see it in person. Its about time too, I have always thought that it was strange that my 4" phone screen has almost the same resolution as my 60" TV. Although I think it will take a long time for 4K to become mainstream. Networks are still paying down their bills from the 1080p cameras. It will be interesting to see how it all turns out. |

I have used the Asus 210 silent for almost a year now, and have had nothing but great viewing. I definitely agree with applying fresh thermal paste (I use Artic Silver as well)-it helped drop my temps by 8-10 degrees. I had to trim the heatsink a bit to avoid a capacitor, but otherwise it has been flawless. |
