IR Blaster not sending

Post subject:  IR Blaster not sending
Ever since doing a clean restore of 8.3, the blaster on my PVR150 wont work and just throws errors. I have been playing with this for a few weeks on and off and still cant get any progress.

If it try a IRSEND I get :

[mythtv@envy etc]$ irsend SEND_ONCE blaster 3
transmission failed
Error running command: Input/output error


Modlues look like this (which I think is OK):

Not sure why blaster is listed twice of it that is related. I only have one blaster section in my lircd.conf

Please help.

You didn't mention what you are trying to control, or if you made any hardware changes.
But make sure that your sending to the correct lirc(x)
