Post subject: | Fix for some "Recorder Failed" messages |
I've been trying to set up a second KM box as an experiment (config affter the * below). Anyway, when trying a set up a recording from the Composite Video input, I had set it up as channel 6 in EPG with no EPG info, and with no number in the channel number on the second channel setup screen. I was getting "Recorder Failed" messages and the following Code: 2007-01-04 22:15:02.919 TVRec(2): Changing from None to RecordingOnly Observing that my other box running a script doesn't have any problem so I thought to write a dummy script called script1.sh :2007-01-04 22:15:02.934 TVRec(2): HW Tuner: 2->2 2007-01-04 22:15:03.017 Channel::GetCurrentChannelNum(): Failed to find Channel '' 2007-01-04 22:15:03.020 Channel(/dev/video0)::TuneTo(): Error, failed to find channel. 2007-01-04 22:15:03.022 TVRec(2) Error: Failed to set channel to 6. Been struggling with this a couple of days now. The channel worked for watching, but the epg data didn't show when i pressed Info, and then the recordings failed as well. This fixed everything. Thanks a lot! ![]() |
