First pointed out by cameraready in this thread, it does look like there is a lag, but google seems to be freely crawling the knoppmyth.net forums which means you can take advantage of google's advanced searching features when mining information here. I put this post in the hints & tips section because I feel this is a real KM-specific tip
For those who don't know how to restrict a google search to a specific site, the syntax is as follows:
Example 1 - Searching within the forums for two terms:

search terms site:knoppmyth.net
Example 2 - Searching within the forums for an exact phrase:
Code:
"exact phrase" site:knoppmyth.net
The difference is that wrapping the search terms in double quotes forces google to find exactly what you asked for as a grouping of words in the order you specified. Using no quotes will find both words anywhere on the page most likely appearing separated from each other in difference sentences.
