Hi,

I’m living in a PAL country so I have to convert frequencies to freq id.
This is a pretty trivial, but time-consuming and Boring task.
I tried to find a program to make the conversion but could’t find any.
Instead I wrote my own converter application, based on MythTV frequency.c and -.h.

If interested, you can find it here:
http://userportal.iha.dk/~01055/freq2freqId/

The application is Win32 based, but the C++ code is included as well as the binary, so you can built it for Linux or whatever.

Cheers
Funtex

Here some self-promotion ;)
Last september I created a similar program, you can use it online at:

http://escay.nl/mythtv/frequency2channel.php

Based on a frequency you can calculate the freqiq and finetune value for MythTV
