I am running R5C7 on P3-600, PVR 350, 512 MB. Commercial skipping on recordings worked perfectly. Over the weekend I tried changing the backend from DHCP to static by stopping it, going to myth-setup, changing frontend ip settings. It didn't work so i changed it back by undoing everything and everything works fine except the commercial skip. I verified the settings in the backend and frontend and commericial skip is enabled. The frontend is set to "All" for methods of skipping. I verified the commercial skip on recordings that I knew worked before the network changes. This problem may not be related but just wanted to mention it. 1-3-06 Update: It works when I manually activate it from the Watch Recordings menu. It is not doing it automatically eventhough it is setup that way under Setup. |
