| Post subject: | VLC won't exit at end of video |
I am experimenting with using VLC for xvid avi file playback in myth videos. The playback works well and I am able to do skip forward / skip backwards of various distances using the remote. The problem I have left is that at the end of the video VLC will not exit -- it just sits there displaying the last frame. This happens weather I let it play to the end of the video or if I hit the "exit" button on my remote. Interestingly, when it's in this state and I have the time display up, it will show that it is at 1:03:02 out of a video of length 1:00:05. Hummm... When call vlc I use the following command: Code: vlc filename vlc:quit
Has anyone else seen this problem? I am using the version of VLC that was released with R5F27. Marc |
