I have my music stored on a samba share on my windows machine which I have set to go into standby mode when it is not in use to try to conserve power ($!). Is there some way that I can easily send my windows box a magic frame to wake it out of sleep mode when I open up mythmusic?

To add to my question it seems that I should be able to add an <action>EXEC wakeonlan blah<> statement to a menu button but is there any way to add more than one action to a menu button? That is can I do a exec wakeonlan command and then a Jump Play music all under the same action?

I have answered my own question but, I will post my solution to the problem.

In /usr/share/mythtv/library.xml

under the button "Listen to music"

I added the following line above the action tag:
Code:
<action>EXEC /usr/bin/wakeonlan -i 192.168.1.255 FF:FF:FF:FF:FF:FF</action>

Where: FF:FF:FF:FF:FF:FF would be the MAC address of the NIC you wish to send the magic packet to.

I also had to set my NIC on my windows machine to Wake-on-lan and set it to wake of receiving a magic packet.

This only works if I start up mythmusic with this button but, that will work for me for now until I get annoyed that I can't use the jump point to myth music that is set up on my remote.
