For the unenlightened does a quick and easy method exist to transfer a working knoppmyth setup from a smaller HD to a larger one? My existing HD is only 60 gigs and I'm too lazy to begin a fresh install (Id like to retask the original smaller HD for other projects.) Additionally what is the largest HD supported? Many thanks! |

not sure about the easy way to retask, any program like ghost should be able to accomplish it. As for the largest hard drive supported any ide drive is supported. I think seagate just announced a 400Gb drive so that would be it. |

You can try: 1) Backup existing drive. 2) Install on new drive. 3) Copy contents of /myth from old drive to new Ensure /myth/backup is there... 4) Booting from the new driver a) KnoppMyth -> Restore |
