 Post subject: Backup Linux install?

Getting pretty close to getting this workin (I hope) so I would like to image/backup my KnoppMyth install so that if anything ever goes wrong I can just do a bare metal restore.

No knowing much about linux backups anyone have a suggestion for a fairly simple way to image/backup my restore to HD or DVD?
