I've been working on a myth-box for some time now and have most of the system working the way I'd like.

My question is,
Can I make CD-Audio disk's under mythmusic? (Wife Approval)
I noticed the "Create Audio CD From Playlist" link but it's grayed and not selectable. Is this a functional option?

I can create an mp3 disk without error in mythtv as long as I use my external burner, but not with my internal burner. (Mythtv won't detect burner even with "hdc=ide-scsi" I can create audio cd's in k3b with either one of the burners. Is there somthing I'm missing?

I'm using Knoppmyth R5A15
Mythtv 0.18.1

Perhaps a gander at the change log? ide-scsi was removed... cdrecord -scanbus dev=ATA will let you know what dev your burner is seen as.. cdrecord dev=/dev/hdc will also work.

Hey Ces.. maybe you can point me in the right direction as well.

I know ide-scsi was removed and that cdrecord supports ATAPI cdrecording now, but MythMusic doesn't seem to buy it and I see no way to force it.

I had a DVD ROM in the box until tonight when I changed to a DVD ROM / CD RW drive.

cdrecord -scanbus dev=/dev/hdc picks up the device properly:

But for the life of me I can not get the option to burn audio cd's through Myth.
