| Post subject: | Secure mythweb, unsecured other directory possible? |
I am running R5A22, which by default requests a password for securing MythWeb (I believe by using the .htaccess method). I would like to host another website in another folder on my MythBox for outside access, but without the password protection. Is this possible? And if so... how do I accomplish it? Thanks for any help! |

yes....if /var/www/mythweb has a .htaccess file...all subdirectories are subject to the secuirity. create /vat/www/newapp without a .htaccess file |
