I understand what XF86Config-4 does, but can someone briefly explain what Xorg.conf is and why we need both. Thanks! |

xorg.conf is the config file for Xorg it is not used in Knoppmyth we use XF86Config-4 instead. In a future version we may move to Xorg. |

Thanks. When I was reading some WIKIs on setting up 1080i output, they were talking about Xorg. I guess I don't need Xorg and will be making all of my changes to XF86Config-4 when I work on 1080i output, correct? |
