When you record content with DD 5.1 audio

Hi,

When recording Heroes in HD i noticed that the program was in DD (Dolby Digital) 5.1, and the commercials are on DD 2.0. I'm interested to know if anyone else has seen this.

This would be very detectable, and would make a good commdetect method.

Most of the commercials I see are in DD, and are pretty offensive, because they blast the talking out all five channels. Occasionally local commercials are in 2.0, but not nearly enough to do commercial detection.
