Having a little problem. My Program guide is off by one hour. Now I've gone through the forums searching for the answer. I thought it was a Timezone issue. However, I ran through the KnoppMyth-tz and set my correct Time Zone (Us-Eastern) and the correct time. I DB from mythtv-setup. I re-Downloaded the Program listing using '/etc/cron.daily/mythtv-backend' and yet it is always off by one hour. Has anyone seen this, or have I missed a step in configuring my TZ?

I am having the same problem and I have yet to come up with a full solution.

My temperary solution is to change my timezone from eastern to atlantic, run mythfilldatabase manually, then change my timezone back to eastern. I don't know why this works. It started happening for me shortly after DST took effect.

I'm still hunting around for an answer, but my temp fix is going to be to set my time back one hour an pretend I'm in Central time. At least the Guide will be correct for Recording and What is on.

I have a problem to execute an update of my timezone in crontab

here is what I have done :
pico /etc/crontab
