Hi,
The frontend would ramdomly stop while watching tv and leave me viewing the our favorite desktop. Restarting the frontend using an xterm so any errors would be displayed resulted in a "segment fault" on each exit. Nothing appeared in any of the logs and the system ran fine.

My solution was to simply do a fresh auto upgrade and results are the machine has been solid ever since. Two days of tv, three days of music, all while surffing, email and general useage should be adiquate testing.

Fear not to do an auto upgrade, just do a backup first.. R5A16 is just great!
