Here is the problem, When running 2 tuner cards I get a lot of video corruption. I was running a single PVR-250 without issue, then I added in a PVR-150, With both tuners enabled, the video (live TV and recordings) became corrupted, So I updated to R5A30.2 and upgraded IVTV from 0.4.0 to 0.4.2, same problem. I thought bad hardware maby, so I bought another PVR-150 and had the same results. I have tried all three tuners in the box in various combinations and slot locations with the same results. As long as only one tuner is enabled (doesn't matter which one) everything works fine, but when the second is enabled it all goes to heck. Any ideas? All the system info in my sig is accurate. Thanks.

Oh, here is a description of the video corruption: Heavy pixelation of movement, and jumbled frames (a frame will flash on screen a couple seconds before it is supposed to)

Arethey in pci slots next to each other? Could be that, if they are causing interference... See what I posted in the thread entitled (not my thread) "Ghost in the machine"

Oops, just read what you'd originally posted properly... Sorry just got in from work and feeling a bit frazzled... Have you numbered the tuners properly, ie 0, 1 etc.. in Myth-setup?
