What does the card show up as during boot? Perhaps you got a slightly different 150 card; I had the same problem with mine, and had to compile Ivtv 4.6
The wikipage for it is: http://knoppmythwiki.org/index.php?page=CompileIvtv
Works wonderfully for me, hopefully that'll fix your tuner 2's video feed. As for the channels, when your setup is finnished and you clear the cards / reset the info, perhaps go through the video sources and make sure it's all set properly.
Also, you'd said your drive filled up? Maybe run a check on your mythconverg to be sure everything is in order.

From what I can tell the cards are the same. I do get one odd thing, and I was getting this with one card, but can't recall how I resolved it.
Whenever I go to leave the setup it says
"Card 0 (type ) is set to start on channel 2, which does not exist."
Neither tuner according to "4. Input" is set to start on channel 2.
/dev/video0 (Tuner) -> Shaw Cable
Video Source: Shaw Cable
Starting Channel: 4
Input preference: 0
/dev/video1 (Tuner) -> Shaw Cable
Video Source: Shaw Cable
Starting Channel: 10
Input preference: 0
What is going on? All the othr Inputs say "None"
And tuner 1 is working.

My PVR-250 worked for a long time on it's own, the 150 I bought had the static problem that prompted the 4.6 compile. Unfortunately not all 150s are created equal, some work stock and some (like mine) don't
I recall having a problem similar to the one you're having, however it kept jumping to channel 10. When I checked my setup, I noticed that I had accidentally set my 250 up to Composite 0 -- everything still worked, but every time I backed out of live TV, it would set itself back to 10. When I switched it back to Tuner0 (as I should have the first time; the pitfalls of doing upgrades between the hours of 3 - 6am), everything was proper again. Unfortunately from the sounds of it, you've already got them set to tuner.
I'm presuming your backend is back up and running?

Aside from this Tuner card issue, I have gotten the Samba shares working properly, and I found the option to remove the live recordings from the listings. So I just want to thank everyone for their help so far, and point out, some things are working
...this is actually kind of sad though, I'm a computer programmer, I can write software to handle millions of dollars in transactions, but can't get a PVR configured properly

You need to upgrade to ivtv 0.4.6 to get that second card working, the key bit of information is that you have the TCL M2523_5N_E tuner chip. Support for this wasn't added until the otherwise broken 0.4.5 http://dl.ivtvdriver.org/ivtv/stable/ChangeLog-0.4 See the (very detailed) directions on upgrading to 0.4.6 here: [url]http://www.knoppmythwiki.org/index.php?page=CompileIvtv[/url
Do no be intimidated that there are 11 "steps". If you're setup so that you can cut & paste between your broswer window and your shell window it will take all of about 5 minutes. It's actually far simpler than it looks.
