Mythburn never worked for my on R5C7, after trying for a while I just gave up on it and accepted my fate.
Today, I decided to try MythBurn on R5D1 in a squeaky clean environment.
What I did:
I unplugged my original R5C7 hard drive and plugged in a new 160Gig drive. I booted to the R5D1 CD and did a straight autoinstall. After configuring my video cards (1 PVR350 and 1 PVR500), I commented the "skip_networking" option in /etc/mysql/my.cnf. I then powered off, plugged up my original R5C7 Hard Drive as a secondary. I booted up, mounted /dev/hdb1 to /mnt/hdb1. From my R5C7 hard drive I only copied my XF86Config-4 file (for 720p VGAout on a FX5200 to an Audio Authority VGA-Component adapter) and my /etc/ssh/* config files (and restarted sshd).
Ok Now I'm ready to try MythBurn, I fired up Live TV and recorded about 2 minutes of two different shows. I setup mythburn to make .ISO images and convert audio to AC3. Upon execution I received error in the log below during the mplex operation.
Anyone have an idea what's going on? I'd really like to get this working.
Thanks!
