I have a serial irblaster i ordered from irblaster.info. I have plugged this in to a usb serial converter which shows up as /ttyUSB0. In the irblaster setup script it asks if the irblaster is plugged into com1 or com2. I am assuming this means /dev/ttyS0 and /dev/ttys1.

I have tried creating a link using ln -b /dev/ttys1 /dev/ttyUSB0 and setting the script to com2 but this does not seem to work.

Has anyone gotten an irblaster to work via a usb to serial converter or is there an irblaster made for usb that I can purchase?
