I had mythTV running for about two weeks with few problems, but then I started getting errors, The disc was full, no big surprise really, it is only 40Gb. The problem is if I watch a recording and choose to save it to watch again, it is saved somewhere, but I have no idea where, I cant find it to watch, nor can I find it to delete it, the result is that my disc gets full of files I cant watch or remove.

I am sure it is something basic, but I am missing it.

Cheers,
Tom.

What do you mean by that? I either do nothing, in which case it stays around, or delete it. Are you doing something else? How would you 'save it'?

When I a recording gets to the end I get the popup: Youhave finished watching:
The options are "delete it, but allow it to re-record"
"delete it"
"Save it so I can watch it again"

I can just hit esc and and not worry about it, but if I "Save it so I can watch it again" where does it go, and how can I watch it again?

I am working through the day to day use manual, I havn't found anything yet.
Cheers,
Tom.

I've never seen that. What version of KnoppMyth are you using? Also, how are you watching stuff? Have you tried looking under the "Media Library" for "Watch Recordings"?

I get the menu with the 3 choices if I let the recording play to the very end. If I select "save it so I can watch it later", it simply remains exactly where it was in the first place -- in the list of recordings.

If I save to watch later It dissapears from the recordings list, I can't find it. I had a disc full of files like that. It was so full that Myth wouldn't even start, I had to reinstall (probably a bit drastic of a move, but I figured, but I had other things to fix aswell). Anyway, I am content to just esc or delete.

Did you check to make sure you don't have some group filter turned on in recordings list?

Go to that page and hit "m" for a menu.
