Auto Upgrade from R5C7
After what I thought was a successful install. Was able to playback old recorded shows, access internet, etc.
Have two pvr cards installed. Hauppague 250's
Went to Live TV said they were in use. Checked and nothing recording.
So I checked system log;
Kernel: IVTV: Unknown parameter 'ivtc_std'
Modprobe: FATAL: ERROR: inserting ivtv(/lib/modules/2,8,18-chw-13/kernel/drivers/media/video/ivtv/ivtv.ko): unknown symbol in module, or unknown parameter
Modprobe: FATAL:ERROR: running command for ivtv

Did a manaul command# modprobe ivtv same errors as above

Followed steps 8-11 on the CompileIvtv.

What would the solution be to get ivtv to run properly? Do I need to follow the whole Ivtvcompile from 1 to 11
