I just received this behavior in R5F1 after attempting to put back in my WinTV Radio 401 to see if it would work in this release. It did not, so I disabled it in mythtv and kept using my main PVR 250.

Despite disabling it, it was still taking hold of the sound device mplayer needed, so once I removed the PCI card mplayer worked again.
