I had an issue, and the database appears to have been wiped... sort of.
the shows appear (without the images)on mythwebs recorded programs and a size of 0, and withing mythfrontend I cannot view the programs in the listing even though they are listed. However, all the files are there.


any ideas on a fix? or am I sol

there is a command to attempt to rebuild the database. I'm not sure what it is. I know it's a mysql command, and I think I saw it on the mythtv mailing list. try doing some searches there.

You could try running the mysqlcheck command. I think you use it as

$mysqlcheck -u root mythconverg

but that is from memory since I'm not near the box at the moment. This will tell you if it finds stuff wrong with tables. Then if you use the -r option, it will try to repair the database.

Worked for me once... :D
