Myth2Ipod, especially with the simple new installer, is a great add-on. (Thanks Wififun!) Unfortunately, those of us without Ipods cannot take advantage. But if you have a Pocket PC, you now can! All you need are the latest version of the TCPMP video player and the AAC codecs. Step 1: Install Myth2Ipod (www.myth2ipod.com) Step 2: Install TCPMP (http://tcpmp.corecodec.org) Step 3: Install AAC codecs - I won't link directly to the AAC codecs because I don't want to break any forum rules, but I will tell you that this guy's blog can tell you where to get them: http://www.jiploo.com/blog/2006/04/view ... et-pc.html That's it...set the Myth2Ipod user jobs to run on your recordings and the resulting MP4 files will reside in /myth/ipodfeed - Then just copy them to your Pocket PC. |

Thanks for this nice find. For me, the script was unable to create the /myth/ipodfeed directory. I created this myself and re-ran the install. Videos run nicely on my Axim X5. |
