I use Myth2Ipod to convert my videos and drop them in /myth/ipodfeed, but it writes the file names using the not so easy to read numbering system, so I end up with names like 5042_20060621190000.ipod.mp4

Is there anyway to automatically rename these files to the proper show names, like you would see in /myth/pretty?

I don't have any Ipod, so I copy these files manually to my Pocket PC. It would be easier if they had meaningful filenames.
