Segmentation fault then when i shutdown it freeses at shutting down daemon: Portmap and before the route command actually had a route. nowwhen i run it after booting it dosent show any route... its not until i run netcardconfig that i get it added back so, i know i broke something... what was it? and how do i fix it? thanks for nay hlep you can give! |

just a guess, but are missing your loopback interface? try a "ifup lo" then start your backend. |

when you restart hte backend, are you sure that is is not already running? "Unable to Bind/listen to port" may be due to another backend process is already got the port. Backend may be up, but as mac points out may be a network/config issue. |
