where do I find the error messages? I'm trying to get a dxr3 card setup in overlay and I'm pretty sure I'm passing the correct arguments. Where can I find the error messages/logs ? I'd like to see what mplayer is returning since the video doesn't actually start playing. Thanks, Rob P.S. Do I need to compile a new mplayer in order to get it to work with the dxr3? (Hollywood+) |

/var/log. If you start MPlayer in an xterm, it will spit out what it is doing. Yes, you do probably need to recompile. Check the MPlayer site/docs for more info. |
