I just tried to set up vsftp on 5b7 and everything seems to go fine except I getall sorts of errors when the client connects.

When I from a FC5 machine (shell) I log in and it says that the logon was successful. When I try and run ls, I get "Passive mode address scan failure. Shouldn't happen" or when I try and cd somewhere else, I get "500 OOPS:cap_set_proc" or others.

When I use something like filezilla I get the caps_set_proc error and it fails.

I edited the vsftpd.conf file to allow local users--which let me log in, but...

Any suggestions of where things went wrong.
