My pvr150 has a port built in the card to plug the ir blaster into. Can I use this for my ir blaster? If so, how can I tell what serial port it is using? I will need to enter that into the setup once found. The motherboard has one serial port set as ttyS0. If I cannot use the pvr150 port for ir I guess I will have to rig up a connector for the serial port on the mother board.... I have an old directv silver box HIRD E1 Pentium 4 805 dual core 2.66Ghz 512 Ram Pvr150 GeForce 5200 Tv Out Hauppauge Silver Remote |

As far as I'm aware, you cannot use an irblaster with the 150's port. The 150 has it's own receiver and blaster that use that port. |
