mythfilldatabse on my system can approach 78% of CPU usage. This is a problem for my analogue tuners. Does anyone know of a way to limit or cap a process to a max CPU usage. I would like to limit it to 10%, it will take longer but if it happens to run during a recording time it will not interfere with my encoding. I do know I can schedule it for only certain times but I was looking for another approach.
