When I enter the program guide or scan through the channels they are out of order.

Rather than being 2,3,4,5,etc

they are:
10,11,..,19,2,20,21,...,29,3,30,31,...39,4,40, etc

Any ideas what caused this and how to fix it?

Looks like a string sort rather than a numeric sort. Try going into setup under general (or maybe TV -> General, I forget ) and change the sort order of the program guide.

I have no idea how it got changed, but that was it!
