I have been experimenting with different appearance settings and now I am stuck in the wide screen theme with DVR menus.
I cannot find the settings anymore, it just is not there and I browsed through all the menus.
There is a "Utilities and Settings" item and if I go in there, it lists "TV Utilities", Music, Videos, DVD, Images and Games.
If I move right onto Music, a little triagle (arrow head) appear lower left, but I cannot find a way to navigate to it or activate it. I assume it indicates that there are more items, but how do I get to them?
I tried using the remote as well as the keyboard.

Is there a way to restore to a default theme or Appearance settings?

From the command line try then start the frontend as normal, it should revert to the standard theme. See for more details and other options.

There is also a script around here that I posted which will let you set the themes from the command line. Search for "pickATheme.sh" with me as the author.

Got it back to my default and changed the menu setup also back to default. Things back to normal now.
