I really am a newbie at this. I just setup a Samba server on another computer with large hard drive - my server - and want to save all my video, DVDs, etc. on that. Capture card and smaller HD in HTPC. Questions: 1. Do I need anything different or any more software on server? 2. For path to store videos, what do i put in? on windows, it's \\server\data\media\tv. Thanks for any help!Can't wait to get it working! |
