| Post subject: | Keeps asking for password on boot! |
For some reason, both my frontend and frontend/backend boxes have started asking for a password on boot. I didn't change anything - it just started happening. It's very odd. Right after both machines receive their IP addresses, it simply gives the prompt "Password:". I enter the mythtv password, and it starts up. The last lines of my /etc/inittab/ on both machines is" #w5:5:wait:/bin/sleep 2 #x5:5:wait:/etc/init.d/xsession start c7:2345:respawn:/usr/bin/openvt -fwc 6 -- /bin/su - mythtv -c /usr/bin/startx >$ Any suggestions?
