Post subject:  What is a resonable price for TV guide data?

MythTv is wonderful in that it is not merely a PVR. It could do plenty of other neat things. That being said, if Zap2it no longer provides free TV guide data, my curiosity has me wondering about the economics of subscriptions for TV guide data.

To answer these questions I put together a small survey. If you are interested in continuing using a Zap2it substitute, please consider filling out the survey once.

The survey is limited to 100 responses and must be completed in one session. If you are unable to use the link, please use the bulletin board's survey mechanism in this message.

If there is enough community support, I would consider applying resources to make this happen.

And in fact, has been required by the regulator FCC, for at least 9-12 hours in advance, via EIT. http://mysettopbox.tv/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=15656&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=60

Although the questions are similar, however, they are not the same. I hope the previous comment will not dissuade readers from participating.
