| Post subject: | Master Volume control resetting? |
Every time I start "Watch TV" the mixer is resetting the master volume control to 75%, but the volume control on the remote adjusts the PCM volume. I have to ssh in and reset it manually (or run alsactl restore). I've got the max settings saved but... Anyway, any hints? This is the last problem I'm having on my new install (Its so nice to have TV listings back) and once I get it knocked out I can get on with hacking emulators into my mythbox.. XD Thanks. |

You know there is a MythTV setting for both master and PCM levels, right? Sounds like Myth is just resetting it to the original setting. Check setup, I can't remember if its in the settings within the front-end or if you have to rerun mythtv-setup. |

I thought there might be, but I went through both setups and couldn't find it... I may have missed it, but... |
