Blank program guide after Schedules Direct upgrade

Post subject:  Blank program guide after Schedules Direct upgrade

After updating R5E50 to use Schedules Direct, I have no on-screen program listings. I can watch tv channels, but without the guide info at the top of the screen. When I run mythfilldatabase --refresh-all, it says it is grabbing 14 days of program data.

Thanks for any suggestions.

I have received no error messages.

It looks like you're not getting to the internet. Can you ping google.com?

Hmmm, just reread this. You aren't hitting SD you are trying to hit Zap2It. Doesn't look like your upgrade took. How did you upgrade?

I had the same thought at 3 AM. I ran mythfilldatabase again this morning; it is attempting to contact http://datadirect.webservices.zap2it.com/tvlistings/xtvdService, which, of course, is no longer valid.

I manually followed Cecil's instructions in "Getting Schedules Direct working with KnoppMyth."

What do you suggest I do now?

I upgraded to R5F27 (it was easier than the manual upgrade) and all is right with the world.
