I can't seem to use XVMC on this version. The recordings freeze 5-10 seconds into playback. If I switch back to standard decoding, the 1080i videos play, but play slow. Either way, the 720p recordings are very jumpy and jittery.

XVMC worked flawlessly for me in previous versions.

I stopped using XVMC a few months ago, but I turned it on to check for you. Playback was fine on a hidef recording of Law & order (1080i) -- watched for 2 minutes without a problem.

My system is a Pentium-D, 3.0 ghz, Nvidia-6200, R5F27 with Nvidia driver version = 1.0.9755

I'd like try reverting back to nvidia 8178 drivers, but I can't get the following command to work:
Code:
/usr/local/bin/install-nvidia-debian.sh 8178 -force

Here is my xorg.conf. Does anything look wrong with it?
