I've noticed that all my osd themes will display only in black and white. Can anyone offer some insight as to why this might be? I am outputting from nvidia mx440 composite->composite to rca converter cable->tv. Any help is appreciated. |

I think the OSD displays in gray when you have XvMC turned on: turn it off and you'll get color back. |

that is correct. any sort of hardware acceleration will make the osd greyscale. |

I believe I enabled XvMC when I first installed without really understanding the implications. How do I go about disabling it? |

setup -> tv -> playback. on the screen that has the stuff about pvr350 down at the bottom of the screen there is a checkbox to use xvmc. uncheck that. |
