I have just installed knoppmyth R5F27 with a Celeron 1GHz, 256MB, ATI AGP card, Twinhan 3021 PCI.

I have already sorted out a sound problem (on board wasnt working so I fitted an old PCI Soundbalster and now it works)

TV works, but is choppy so I trying to change the resolution

When I go to command line (ALT+X) I can access /etc/ as admin, but when I try to find /x11/ it says that directory does not exist. I am trying to find the xorg.conf to edit the resolution, can anyone help me please? Where is the xorg.conf????

Thanks

xorg.conf is in /etc/X11/
not /etc/x11

x is not = to X

alternately to list the contents of any directory use ls -l to see contents
e.g.

cd /etc
ls -l

This will list everything that resides within that directory, and their attributes.
