I LUV MYTHTV and KNOPPMYTH RULES!

I got my serial port transmitter working to control my ExpressVu and even wrote a perl script to screen scrape the PPV's that were missing from the Data Direct listings.

Only two problems remain:

1) How do you get the numbers to act like numbers in the program guide? They seem to act like page-up/down instead of letting you enter a channel to jump to.

2) I have a NVidia GeForce2 card and I have De-Interlace checked, but not Jitter correction (although I have tried turning both on/off but no difference). The playback is mostly smooth, but on left to right and right to left panning I really notice a jerky motion effect (almost like the frames are out of sequence or being processed with the wrong field first). Any ideas on how to correct this? I am outputing through the NVidia card to a Audio Authority VGA to Component adapter and then to a High Def Wide-Screen Toshiba 56 inch TV.

Oh...And I have since found out about the different filters available to me....and I have tried a number of them and combinations thereof. The kerneldeint one seems the best to me so far, but none of them give me completely smooth motion. If I leave it interlaced, then the motion is fine, but I get terrible combing.

Still wondering about the numbers in the EPG though....I found a place in the SQL database that houses the keybindings, but I am unsure how to get the Electronic Program Guide to use the numbers to allow me to jump to a channel.
