I've secured my MythWeb following Alien's instructions in this thread. http://knoppmyth.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=15796&highlight=ssl Regrettably, after upgrading to R5.5 it no longer worked. I was getting the following error in Firefox: Quote: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG "SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length."
Opera came up with some other error, but all the same - it didn't work. I had added the altered files in my /myth/backup/restore.list to avoid this, but I guess apache just changed too much. Following the procedure from the beginning healed it again. Cheers, /Chris |
