I have two R5.5 systems, MBE with a pcHDTV 5500 and a Hauppauge PVR-150 and SBE with a Hauppauge PVR-350. Problem is that the PVR-350 is unavailable as a tuner in my system. I followed the instructions at:

and this worked for me in R5F27. However, in R5.5 I cannot get this to work. I use the PVR-350 for TV out and this is fine. I can watch shows that were recorded from the PVR-150 on the MBE fine.

Any thoughts on how to get the PVR-350 to become available? Thanks.

Both systems run R5.5, upgraded from R5F27. I've deleted and re-added the tuner cards numerous times, only through the GUI. I've not directly manipulated the mysql database.

I'd say post logs...

Will do. My power supply fried yesterday so I'll try this again after I replace the power supply. I suppose there is some possibility that this was a power problem? Thanks.
