I'm still running R5 now on my backend machine because if it ain't broke why fix it. I see, however, that MythTV 0.22 is getting closer to release.

Could people voice their opinions as to whether it would be better/cleaner/easier to:

a) upgrade to the current LinHES now, then upgrade to 0.22 via pacman or the new service menu, OR

b) wait until the LinHES install disc includes 0.22 and upgrade my system then.

My primary reason for upgrading is mainly the built-in VDPAU support in 0.22.

Thanks.

a) do this
b) no advantage of waiting just for the 0.22 upgrade.

Why? Arch uses a rolling release model compared to Debian's 1.5 years (more in recent cases) freeze model. LH is based on Arch.
